Upcoming Events

Every NWCO Outdoors Alliance meeting is open to the public and rotates monthly, in person, among Craig, Rangely, and Meeker. We strive to feature guest speakers who can share valuable insights, project ideas, partnership opportunities, and lessons from other Regional Partnerships and successfully implemented GOCO projects.

Every meeting also includes a public comment period. Please submit your interest through the inquiry form on our CONTACT page if you would like to present as a guest speaker or participate in public comment.

Stay tuned for upcoming meeting dates, times, and locations, which will be posted at least 24–48 hours before each meeting at: www.facebook.com/nwco.outdoors

In coordination with the Associated Governments of Northwest Colorado and our facilitation team, we will not be sharing personal contact information for Steering Committee members or facilitating individual outreach to them. This is a deliberate boundary to protect members’ time, maintain consistency and transparency, and ensure a professional and respectful process.

NWCO Alliance operates through structured, transparent engagement—not side conversations or backchannel coordination. Attempts to work outside of that structure are inappropriate and won’t be supported.

The Alliance is committed to responsible and respectful engagement with our communities while protecting individual privacy.  All personal contact information collected through participation, surveys,  applications, or engagement efforts will be handled in accordance with established privacy practices and AGNC’s CORA policies.  Personal information will be safeguarded, used only for its intended purpose, and not shared publicly unless required by law.  When CORA requests are made, we will take appropriate steps to protect sensitive personal contact information to the fullest extent allowed, ensuring transparency while maintaining the privacy and safety of community members.  Proper established channels of engagement with the steering committee will be through the public comment period during the public meetings, then a discussion and decision can be made by the committee to allow an agenda item or presentation time during another meeting to allow time for a person or organization to present to the committee.  Written inquiries, letters, questions, comments, ideas, etc. can be submitted via email to the facilitators or via the website to be brought forth to the committee.
