Behind every strategic plan, policy push, and regional initiative at AGNC is a team of professionals rooted in Northwest Colorado. They bring a mix of lived experience, technical expertise, and deep regional pride to everything they do—working alongside our communities to move this region forward.

Tiffany Dickenson
Executive Director

A sixth-generation Western Colorado native, Tiffany leads AGNC with a blend of vision, grit, and firsthand understanding of the region’s needs. Raised in Grand Junction and educated at Mesa State College, she returned to rural life after a stint in Phoenix and has been with AGNC since 2016. Tiffany played a key role in securing the region’s EDD designation, managing complex grant programs, and building the first CEDS for Northwest Colorado. She stepped into the Executive Director role in 2022, where she now oversees all day-to-day operations, policy strategy, and long-term planning. Tiffany lives in Grand Junction with her husband, two sons, and a dog named Steve.

Mistalynn Meyeraan
Economic Development Coordinator

Mistalynn brings 17 years of experience in marketing, public affairs, grant management, and organizational development to her role at AGNC. A fifth-generation Western Colorado native, she was born in Rangely and raised on a cattle ranch before graduating from Rifle High School. Her professional background spans municipal government, nonprofits, private industry, and tourism. Mistalynn holds a business marketing degree and a master’s certificate in public management. She lives on a ranch on the Grand Mesa with her husband, three children, horses, and hunting dogs—and still finds time to volunteer as a 4-H leader and hit the ski slopes.

Toni Barrett
Administrative Assistant

Toni joined AGNC in 2022 after over a decade managing school finances in the local district. She keeps the wheels turning—handling accounting, scheduling, payroll, board meeting logistics, and coordinating the annual Economic Development Summit. She also manages daily administration for the Northwest Enterprise Zone Program. A Colorado native with a fine arts degree and accounting background from Mesa State, Toni lives in Rifle with her husband and enjoys the outdoors, her church community, and delivering Meals on Wheels.
