Bill pursued to aid coal miners who lose jobs

The proposal by the City of Craig and Associated Governments of Northwest Colorado comes as deadlines loom for gradually shutting down the Craig Station coal-fired power plant outside Craig and wrapping up local coal mining that supplies the plant.
